2. Scheduled Pickup/Drop-Off Delivery Times
Our goal is to be present during the delivery or collection of your shipment within two hours, giving you the opportunity to better manage your time on that day. However, in areas where our own Transglobal Forwarders fleet does not operate and we rely on our partner network, this option may not be available.

Transglobal Forwarders offers a convenient web portal for you to track the status of your domestic and international shipments. Our website allows you to schedule pick-up and delivery of your shipment from anywhere, without having to return to your original location.

4. Worldwide Deliveries From Door To Door
At Transglobal Forwarders, we provide cost-effective door-to-door shipping services for both national and international deliveries. Our competitive prices are a result of our own global shipping network as well as our partnerships with agencies around the world. With extensive knowledge of shipping procedures in different countries, we ensure a smooth and efficient process for your goods. Our priority is to protect you from unnecessary expenses and safely deliver your shipment to its final destination.

5. Global Expertise In Freight Forwarding Coverage
Transglobal Forwarders operates a global shipping network, with a centralised customer contact centre located in the UK. This centre leverages firsthand knowledge and experience of local import and export regulations and procedures to benefit our clients.

6. Receive Packing Materials Delivered To Your Location.
At Transglobal Forwarders Ltd, we will provide you with all necessary packing materials for your shipment, including bubble wrap, tape, and a marker pen. These materials are free of charge and are intended to help you securely pack your goods for safe shipping. If you require additional delivery of our packing materials, there will be a fee for the delivery only. While you are welcome to use your own boxes or cartons, please make sure they are made of sturdy cardboard. If you are unsure about the strength of your packaging, it is recommended to use our specifically designed cartons which are chemically hardened and free of charge. However, if you do decide to use your own cartons, please provide us with their measurements (length, width, height) so we can give you an accurate quote.

7. Do You Accept My Suitcases?
Certainly, we do accept holdalls and backpacks for shipping. To provide you with an accurate quote, please provide the exact dimensions of the items including length, width, and height. This ensures that we can tailor our services to meet your specific needs.

8. What’S The Duration I Can Hold Onto The Cartons For?
There’s no set time limit for keeping the cartons. However, we advise against leaving the delivery of empty cartons until the last minute. It’s best to allow yourself ample time to pack by ordering the cartons in advance.

9. Door to Port/Airport Freight Service
Our door-to-port shipping service enables you to retrieve your shipment upon its arrival at the destination terminal. Typically, you or your designated consignee will need to personally collect the baggage, clear it through customs, and settle any associated terminal charges, customs duties, local taxes, or wharfage fees. This may also include quarantine fees, where applicable.
